Vicky Krieps (Phantom Thread, Bergman Island and Corsage) plays Hélène, a 33-year old woman diagnosed with a rare illness that sees her faced with existential decisions as she grapples with the uncertainty of the future. A decision to travel to Norway alone, Hélène seeks peace and to meet a blogger she found on the internet. Seeking this peace becomes an act that will test the strength of love between her and her husband, Mathieu (Gaspard Ulliel).
