DEERSKIN (LE DAIM) – 77 min

Georges, 44 years old, and his vintage, fringed, deerskin jacket have a plan.  His obsession with his designer deerskin jacket causes him to blow his life savings and turn to crime.  French comedy film directed by Quentin Dupieux opened to enthusiastic reviews in the Directors’ Fortnight section at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival.  Charismatic Jean Dujardin is hilarious and unhinged, as a psychopath so infatuated with his new jacket that he decides it should be the only one in the world.  Starring Jean Dujardin (“The Artist”), Adèle Haenel (“The Unknown Girl”), Albert Delpy &  Pierre Gommé.
